All bookings with The Dog Father Hotel are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog, including health, behaviour, dietary and vaccination details.
All dogs must be up to date on the core vaccinations we require, and free from contagious illness and parasites. We may refuse or end a stay if a dog poses a health or safety risk to other guests or staff. In a medical emergency we may seek veterinary treatment, and you agree to be responsible for reasonable veterinary costs.
You confirm your dog has no history of serious aggression that has not been disclosed to us. We reserve the right to decline or end care for any dog whose behaviour endangers people or other animals.
Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment terms (deposit and balance) will be confirmed when you book.
Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change so we can offer your space to another guest.
Please drop off and collect your dog within agreed times. Late collection may incur additional charges. If a dog is not collected and we cannot reach you, we will act in the dog’s best interest and may incur costs you agree to cover.
Any items left with your dog are left at your own risk. We take good care of personal items but cannot guarantee against loss or wear.
We provide care with reasonable skill and attention. To the extent permitted by law, The Dog Father Hotel is not liable for pre-existing conditions, illness incubating before arrival, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
We may take photos or videos of your dog for updates and, with your consent, for our website or social media. Let us know if you prefer we do not use your dog’s images publicly.
