Service Available Daily – Book at least 72 hours in advance
Covers Cairo & Giza – Charges based on area
Pickup Window: 10 AM – 6 PM
Drop-Off Window: 10 AM – 6 PM

This service is provided by a third-party pet transport partner we trust, who specializes in safe, climate-controlled pet transport.

While we coordinate the bookings, The Dog Father Hotel is not directly responsible for the transport process itself. However, we’re always here to help ensure it goes smoothly.

💳 Payment & Booking
Payment is made in advance (via Paymob or cash at the kennel).
You’ll receive a live confirmation of your driver, pickup time, and delivery estimate.

📝 Important Notes
Dogs must be on a leash or in a crate during transport.
If your dog has special handling needs, please notify us when booking.
We may refuse pickup if the dog shows signs of illness or aggressive behavior.
