We offer safe and reliable delivery for pet products and transport services for pets.
1. Product Delivery:
Standard Delivery Time: 2-4 business days within Cairo & Giza.
Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location.
2. Pet Pick-up/Drop-off:
Available within select areas (fees apply).
Must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
3. Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking info via email/WhatsApp from the courier.
4. Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or courier issues, but we’ll always keep you updated.
